F*ck you to a certain asian summer conference that meets annually in the Midwest.

okay, so I didn't exactly clean and paint my bedroom by myself. A certain 6-foot older brother did help but in my defense, I did scrub the wall while someone took a nap.

Couch arrived today and the new carpet was put in last week. All the work and everything that was ordered has arrived! Still trying to unpack and clean. Ugh. So freaking painful. Not to mention, I have no internet in my place yet so I'm e-mail starved. It's actually quite horrible. (Yeah yeah, I'm a drama queen.)

First week of classes weren't TOO bad. I'm not a fan of waking up before 8 everyday for NO good reason! Ugh. I didn't even sleep in today, what a waste. Haven't really made new friends but I'm not really sweating it because 1) I'm pretty sure I'm older than everyone 2) I do have friends in this state 3) I've been so damn tired everyday that I have no energy to be social. I'll be better though this coming week.

All right, time to go find stuff that I forgot to pack to the Grove.
