i hate arrogant people. i hate arrogant people who think they're the smartest person in the room, who talks down to people that they need to work with and rely on and who think they are smarter than me.

first of all, i know i'm not the smartest person in the world. i know a crap load of people who are smarter than me, more successful than me and more talented than me. i'm happy for all the people who meet the above criteria. but i need to vent because i'm coming to my breaking point and i'll be damned if you think you're smarter than me just because you want to believe you are.
someone told me today that i shouldn't burn all my bridges but i beg to differ. there are in fact a few bridges that can be burned and those are the bridges of arrogant, obnoxious, condescending people who think the world revolves around them. because if i've learned anything, arrogance only takes you so far. and quite honestly, i think my humility and kindness will take me farther and thus it's okay to torch that sucker.

i like the next person enjoy complaining about a crappy corporation but i'm not stupid enough to do it in front of a customer or to a customer. apparently, that lesson didn't get passed along through proper "training." ugh. i think on monday, i will reach my breaking point and it's time to have a lil chat with the boss. one can only take so much stupidity and arrogance in a 24 hour period.

time to get ready for another fun filled day of work...*sigh*
