Unpacked 4 boxes in the 90 degree heat and had 1.5 titers drawn. (The first attempt got contaminated because the nurse lost suction on the needle. Wonderful.)

And while I was forced to unpack all my kitchen supplies so my parents can entertain in what is supposed to be my new place...

I got a new couch and dining set today!! =)
slaving away in the heat was not in vain.

I can't wait to get my couch. I'm already starting to scope out pillows and table linens and centerpieces. So exciting. I'm thinking the placemats I got with my sister don't bring in enough color to the dining area so I'm going to need to pink silk flowers. I can't wait to go nuts in the home department! The great indoors is a very addicting store.

ooh! and I got some new shirts and a cute canvas military jacket. Yes folks, today turned out to be a good day after all despite not sleeping last night because it was 90 degrees in the house.
